1. How soon will I receive my new resume & cover letters?

We strive to have your new resume and cover letters to you within 24 hours of receiving payment, at no additional charge. 

2. What format is my resume written?

We use Microsoft Word 2007.  We recommend you have Word 2007 on your computer so it's easy for you to update your cover letter as needed.  If you do not have Word 2007 currently, we can provide you a link for a free 60 trial.  We recommend doing this to make sure you have access to the same font we have used for you.

3. How will I receive my resume?

We send it as an attachment via email for you to view and print at homeWe include recommendations for the type of paper you should print your resume and/or letters on.

4. What if I want hardcopies of my resume sent to me?

We will gladly you send you 12 copies of your resume and cover letter, priority mail, for a flat fee of $6.95.  This also includes tracking and delivery confirmation.  Copies are printed on the highest quality paper. 

6. Why should I use a professional resume service?
We did some research to answer this question.  We interviewed recruiters and Human Resource Managers about the resumes they see on a daily basis.  On average, only 1 out of 5 resumes is even considered for interview because the remaining contained errors (grammatical, spelling,etc), repetition and poor layout.  The resumes with errors are simply tossed or kept 'on file' without being completely read.  We found these statistics staggering.  And today, with the job market so saturated with people in need of work, a good resume is imperative to get to the next step: hired!!
7. How do I use PayPal?

PayPal is payment service that is very user-friendly. We accept credit cards & check cards. Sorry, no personal checks.  You do not need to have an account with PayPal.  We will send you an invoice through PayPal for the service you chose.  Once payment is confirmed, we will begin writing for you immediately!
